STERLING STARS - SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Shipping Information:
At Sterling Stars, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand the terms associated with the delivery of your exquisite jewellery.

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods:
- We offer standard and next day shipping options, both are sent via Evri.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Express shipping provides a faster delivery option, usually within 1-3 business days.
4. Dispatched Orders:
- Once your order is dispatched by us to your chosen location, via Evri, your order then becomes the courier's responsibility.
- However if you are attempting to locate your order, please contact us, we will happily assist you in any way we can.
5. International Shipping:
- We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Returns Policy:
At Sterling Stars, we want you to be thrilled with your jewellery purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand our guidelines.
1. Returns Not Accepted for Hygiene Reasons:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery unless the goods are faulty.
2. Faulty Items:
- If the jewellery you receive is faulty, please contact us at rosa@sterlingstars.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Remedies for Faulty Jewellery:
- If the faulty jewellery is capable of being fixed, we will correct the error.
- If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement.
4. Full Refund:
- If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving the faulty item.
5. Return Process:
- To initiate the return process for faulty items, please contact us at rosa@sterlingstars.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of shipping your return to us, you are held personally liable for any such cost.
6. Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
7. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
8. Non-Faulty Items:
- We do not accept returns for non-faulty items due to hygiene reasons.
